TWENTIETH CONVOCATION NOTIFICATION

 The Twentieth Convocation of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad will be   held in third week of April 2013 for conferring Degree/Diplomas/Certificates on successful   candidates. All the candidates who have been declared eligible for the award of degrees from   May 2012 up to December 2012 for U.G. Courses and from December 2011 to May 2012 for   PG /Diploma/Certificate courses and from April 2012 to March, 2013 for M.Phil & Ph.D   Programmes should apply in the prescribed Application Form.  The candidates, who are desirous of attending the Convocation in person, may   download Application Form from the website www.braou.ac.in OR collect the application   form free of cost from the respective Study Centres (or) from the Examination Branch,   Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Open University, Road No.46, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad- 500 033. The   candidates should submit the filled-in application form along with D.D for Rs.300/-(Rupees  three Hundred only) drawn in favour of “The Registrar, Dr.BRAOU, Hyderabad” payable at   Hyderabad directly to The Controller of Examinations. Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Open University on   or before, 03-04-2013 either in person or by post. The cover containing the application form   should be superscribed “Application for XX Convocation”.  The Candidates who are unable to attend the Convocation personally, may also apply   for their Degree in ABSENTIA through the prescribed Application Form by paying Rs.400/- by   Demand Draft in favour of “The Registrar, Dr,B.R.Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad“  payable at Hyderabad and the certificates will be sent to such candidates by speed post after   Convocation, to their respective addresses.  The applications received after the last date and incomplete application forms are liable   to be rejected.

a) All the students of PG II Year MA: Eco, His, Pol.Sci, Pub.Adm, Socio, Eng, Tel, Hin, Urdu, MSc (Maths & Psychology) & M.Com. MSc. 
(Bot, Phy, Zool, Env.Sci. & Chem.) - 2011 batch and earlier batches Tuition Fee payments ( individual intimation letters are already 
posted) Without late fee: 05-09-2012 andWith a late fee of Rs. 200 : 05-10-2012.
